Thank you for your interest in Enterspeed, the high-performance content federation platform. These Terms of Service will, along with the appendices and other documents incorporated therein by reference, constitute the agreement between Enterspeed A/S, and you as a user of our services, whether you sign up as a company or as an individual, and whether you use our services for free or have signed up for any of our paid services plans.

If you have a separate written agreement with Enterspeed, these Terms of Service will not apply to you.
