Big tech names join Enterspeed’s board

We have a new board full of very solid expertise! Our CEO Toke Lund’s goal was for the board to consist of tech profiles and a strong international presence.

And it’s hard to deny that he succeeded.

Leading Enterspeed’s new board is Dutchman Auke van Urk. Our chairman has a long career in the enormous international experience innovation agency Valtech behind him, where he has held the role of Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In recent years, Auke van Urk has shifted his focus to board work and investments, especially in European tech companies. Auke van Urk is not an unknown face at Enterspeed, where he's been associated as external advisor for a couple of years.

Board member Carsten Brogaard Jensen also comes from Valtech. He's associated as senior advisor within M&A and Post-Merger Integration, and previously he held the role of Executive Director in Denmark, Germany, France, and Switzerland. Carsten Brogaard Jensen has enormous knowledge of the agency market in Europe and will contribute important insights into how agencies choose new software.

Board member Adam Peter Nielsen is Group CTO and Digital Advisor at the digital consultancy Novicell with offices in five countries. Additionally, Adam Peter Nielsen is Tech Council Member in the worldwide MACH Alliance that works to promote tech ecosystems based on best-of-breed technology – an approach highly relevant for Enterspeed’s middleware.

Board member Petri Laine is a partner in the Finnish Venture Capital Fund Innovestor Ventures, where he specialises in venture capital, corporate finance, and growth strategies. Petri Laine is a highly experienced board member with a string of board positions on his CV, and he has built extremely strong competencies in capital raising and growth in international markets. He's also a familiar face at Enterspeed and has previously participated in our board meetings.

Chairman Auke van Urk says:

Together, these guys will help Enterspeed’s three founders, consisting of CEO Toke Lund, COO Morten Thusgaard, and CTO Emil Rasmussen, to strengthen Enterspeed’s go-to-market strategy and tech positioning in several foreign markets.
